The manuel is the outcome of the project "Realising trans-boundary ecological connectivity in the Ukrainian Carpathians" which has been implemented successfully in the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine and the Netherlands Ministry of Agriculture and Food Quality with financial support from the Netherlands International Biodiversity Policy Programme (BBI).
