First newsletter from "Green Mountain" (m.T)
Please find attached the 1st Newsletter of the European Project "Green Mountain".
GREEN MOUNTAIN is an EU-funded project that helps local and regional authorities, national and nature parks to better cooperate and manage natural assets and resources.
Thanks to GREEN MOUNTAIN 11 organisations from 9 countries are jointly developing a common Sustainable Development and Management Model which will provide an integrated strategy to enhance the valorisation and preservation of natural and protected areas.
This includes the identification of economic activities and products compatible with sustainable territorial development, the development of innovative tools and strategies for information and awareness raising and, the introduction of coordinated Management Plans in the territories involved.
