Forum Carpaticum 2012 From Data to Knowledge, from Knowledge to Action (m.T)

Forum Carpaticum is an international meeting of scientists and representatives from policy, economy and management interested in the Carpathian mountains. As a platform for knowledge exchange the Forum aims at developing concerted research efforts responding to the specific needs of the region, at strengthening the research capacity and at making Carpathian science more prominent in the European and global science community. Forum Carpaticum is an open conference and a major instrument of the Science for the Carpathians (S4C; http://mri.scnatweb.ch/mri-europe/carpathians/) initiative.
