Set of brochures and workshop on “Carpathian fine food – From your farm to everyone’s tables”
To transform research results into practice is the basic challenge for mountain.TRIP. To this aim we are developing prototypes of communication products. The “Carpathian fine food” brochures and workshop are amongst them.
What?
The results of the EuroMARC project (European moutain agrofood products, retailing and consumers) were the “raw material” for the set of brochures and the workshop. EuroMARC produced guidelines for producers and retailer which mountain.TRIP adapted to the Romanian Carpathians and split up per topic.

Why?
With the set of brochures and a workshop toolkit mountain.TRIP demonstrates how the findings of a larger EU project can be made useful for and communicated to practitioners of a specific country.
For whom?
Producers of mountain food and their organizations or cooperatives, retailers and their associations, tourism providers, policy makers involved in defining the frame conditions for mountain food products in Romania.
How?
The brochures and workshop on “Carpathian fine food – From your farm to everyone’s tables” have been produced by communication professionals and not, as is often the case, by the research team. They considered communication basics and included short statements in a direct language, check-lists, and useful addresses within Romania.
